Return and Shipping policy

Returns Policy
All products sold by Boolits Builders LLC are manufactured and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company. Each item is made to order, and we do not keep inventory or ship items ourselves.

We accept returns only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — including for defective or damaged items.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for non-defective products, including:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color preferences

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Production & Delivery Timeline
Because each item is custom-made:

• Production takes 2 to 15 business days

• Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days

• Total time from order to delivery: typically 5 to 25 business days
