We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual based on their attitude, demeanor, or behavior that is deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our instructors, staff, or fellow trainees. This includes instances of verbal abuse, insubordination, or any conduct that hinders the positive learning atmosphere we strive to maintain.​ If we find that your attitude is not conducive to a safe and respectful training environment, we reserve the right to deny our services. We are dedicated to fostering a professional and respectful training atmosphere and will take necessary action to uphold these standards
